This e-Notifications Agreement (“Agreement”, “ENA”) is a digital waiver where the user agrees to receive important documents, reminders, and certifications via email or system alerts rather than physical mail. This ENA forms a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and ProsperLMS^® (“ProsperLMS^®”, “we”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. You confirm that we can send your safety certificates, expiry reminders, and training notices to your email. You agree that checking your email is your responsibility to ensure you stay compliant.

This Agreement has been adopted by ABCS Safety Training Inc.

You will automatically receive 2 months advanced email notification of when your certificate will expire. Advanced notification will enable you to schedule courses at your convenience to work around your busy schedule. You will also receive email notification of upcoming courses and specials. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any outside party. If you wish to opt out of receiving any notifications from us, please uncheck the box on the registration form.
