ABCS Training Partnerships

Authorized Training Provider

Defining the Training Partnership

Becoming a Training Partner with ABCS Safety Training Inc. refers to entering into a formal agreement to deliver our safety training programs (e.g., Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry and Monitor, Mobile Elevated Work Platform) to your own employees or clients. Unlike a simple customer relationship, a partner is authorized to act as an instructor or training facility using ABCS’s materials, learning management system (LMS), and certification cards.

Based on the program structure, “partnering” typically falls into one of the following two categories:

1. Network Training Partner

This is the most common form of partnership for training companies or large organizations. You (or your staff) become certified to teach ABCS courses.

  • What you do: You deliver ABCS training programs (e.g., Fall Protection, Confined Space, Mobile Elevated Work Platform) at your own facility.
  • Who you teach: You can train your own internal employees, and/or you can sell the training commercially to your own customers.
  • Where you teach: This is a key component to consider as ABCS is looking for network partners who will not be in direct competition with established training facilities.
  • How it works:
    • Train-the-Trainer: You or your staff must pass an ABCS “Instructor Certification” course (typically a 2-day workshop).
    • Curriculum Licensing: Instead of developing your own slides and exams, you use ABCS’s Intellectual Property (legally compliant) and regularly updated course materials.
    • Administration: You will use a customized portal (your brand) to schedule students, issue certificates and manage all student records.
  • Cost: Pricing structures for royalties, commissions, and training packages are flexible and tailored to your specific needs. We are committed to collaborating with you to build a partnership agreement that is both equitable and mutually beneficial.

2. Corporate Training Partner

If you are an employer looking to train your staff rather than a training company looking to sell courses, you partner as a “Corporate Training Partner”.

  • What it means: You sign up for a corporate account to manage safety training for your workforce.
  • What you do: You deliver ABCS training programs (e.g., Fall Protection, Confined Space, Mobile Elevated Work Platform) at your own facility.
  • Who you teach: You can train your own workforce (internal employees or contractors).
    • Cost: The Instructor Certification course is currently priced at $1,048 (CAD) per training programs. You typically pay a per-student fee for the workbooks/certification cards when you run a class.
