What do you require from our company?
- Full legal company name
- Company’s current contact information (address, email, phone number).
- Names and email addresses of those who will be administrating your account.
Can we book training through the portal using a purchase order number?
- Yes of course. Please let us know that you would like this as an option and we will send you a credit approval application.
Can I download our company’s training records?
- Yes you can do this anytime.
Can I cancel training from within the portal?
- Yes refunds and cancelations are all done through the portal. Of course you will still need to make sure you are cancelling within the terms of our cancelation policy.
Will I receive course completions for my employees?
- Yes…companies will receive emails immediately upon completion of a course by your employee.
